Welcome in hotel restaurant, teams formation:

TEAM (animation): preparing cultural-animation programme for dinner (to be acquainted with tourist sights of Bled – castle, island, museum.. and present it with dinner)
TEAM (kitchen): preparing the menu with professional cooks
TEAM (service - sommelie): preparing covers, choosing wines suitable with the dinner
TEAM (service – back to roots): visit of typical farm (snapps production), snapps tasting, choosing snapps suitable for dinner welcome drinks

forming the complete programme before the dinner (30 min)
