Culinary teambuilding has been carefully prepared by our residential chefs and an expert in development of teambuilding in our hotel Triglav.

The team will prepare authentic slovenian dishes and will learn, how a harmonized team prepares such an exuisite meal.

From the ingridients, to preparation, role division, role definition, adjustments, negotiations till the final product.The quality of the dishes depends on harmonized functioning of the team.

During tastening of the prepared dinner or lunch, we talk about our cooperation, what could be improved and how could your cooperation in the kitchen project your personal relations at your work spot. The programme is aimed at all teamplaying chefs as well as those, whose favourite part of the cooking is the part, where the dish is already servedon the plate. There is a suitable role for everyone in our team cooking and that is the magic and the efficiency of every real team work.
