Evening is the time when our restaurant truly comes to life. Rooted in the lavish French cuisine and set in a space with one of the most beautiful views, the creations of modern Slovenian gastronomy come to light.

We aim to provide each guest with an exceptional culinary experience, hence we prepare a seasonal menu. This allows us to offer fresh dishes, considering the season and local ingredients. You will be indulged with two alternating evening menus: “Lowland” & “Highland,” each with its own story, celebrating Slovenian cuisine and its diversity. Acknowledging dietary challenges and contemporary eating habits, our entire kitchen is based on dishes with minimal allergens, a minimal number of ingredients on the plate, and authentic, intense flavors. We draw inspiration for our dishes from the surrounding area and the stories of food that have accompanied us at Hotel Triglav for over a century. This is evident in the recipes of great-grandmother Nežka (ancestor of Mr. Zdravko Rus, the owner of Hotel Triglav), who, as a chef herself in 1920s, created dishes that are characteristic even today: mushroom soup, beef stew, walnut roll…

You can choose from our menus with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 courses. This allows you to enjoy a diverse selection of our dishes, showcasing the culinary excellence that has earned us the Michelin recognition. Upon pre-approved request, we are prepared to treat you to an extended gourmet experience.
