At Hotel Triglav Bled<\/b> and Restaurant 1906<\/b>, we believe that the finest flavours are born where authentic terroir<\/b>, skilled hands<\/b>, and an honest story<\/b> come together.
This December, we begin a new series of evenings \u2013 Good People, Good Flavours<\/b> \u2013 a warm, relaxed gathering where our producers, guests, and culinary team meet at the same table. \ud83c\udf77\ud83c\udf7d\ufe0f<\/span><\/p>\n

Each event highlights the artisans who shape our cuisine<\/b>: winemakers, olive growers, farmers, cheesemakers, beekeepers, and other masters we work with throughout the year.<\/p>\n

They\u2019re not just suppliers \u2013 they are part of our house story<\/b>. They are the people behind the authentic Slovenian flavours<\/b> our guests enjoy on their plates. \ud83c\udf3f\ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83c\udf3e<\/span><\/p>\n

Our evenings unfold in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere<\/b>, featuring:

The idea of the series is simple \u2013 to connect people<\/b>, present distinct Slovenian products<\/b>, and celebrate the excellence of local flavours<\/b>.<\/p>\n
