In November, Hotel Triglav Bled once again hosts one of our most beloved culinary traditions – St. Martin’s Feast with the Winemaker. In an exclusive setting overlooking Lake Bled, you’ll experience an evening that combines the best of Slovenian gastronomy, wine tradition, and festive atmosphere.

This year, we are joined by Marinko Rodica, a renowned winemaker from Rodica Winery in Slovenian Istria, known for his organic and authentic wines that reflect the richness of the Istrian soil. His wines will accompany a five-course gourmet dinner crafted by our chef Aleš Fende, celebrated for his respect for local ingredients and bold, creative flavors.

Each course of this special evening is created in perfect harmony with the selected wines from the Rodica Winery. The menu highlights autumnal ingredients, locally sourced produce, and traditional Slovenian recipes with a modern twist.

Throughout the evening, the winemaker himself will present each wine, sharing its story and character. Every dish and every sip will come together into a memorable gastronomic journey that celebrates Slovenia’s finest flavors.

The Rodica Winery, based in the village of Truške in Slovenian Istria, is renowned for its organic wines with distinctive character.
