Culinary Workshop Teambuilding

Experience the process of preparing an authentic Slovenian dish from raw ingredients to the final presentation on the plate. Learn how a coordinated team creates an entire gourmet meal. Participants will gain fundamental knowledge in menu planning, pairing food with drinks, table settings, and modern cooking techniques. They will familiarize themselves with local ingredients and explore their enhancement in the kitchen, mastering the preparation of more sophisticated dishes with contemporary techniques.

Program:

• Arrival with a welcome coffee and house pastries
• Company presentation – vision, work style, organization in the restaurant, hotel
• Cooking a four-course lunch under the guidance of the chef and house cooks
• Selection of suitable wines for each course (tasting in the wine cellar) led by the house sommelier

Hotel Triglav, located on the outskirts of Lake Bled, welcomes you to a special experience – rowing team building. Collaborating with the Rowing Federation of Slovenia, we present a unique adventure that draws inspiration from the teamwork, team spirit, and achievements of rowing teams.

Program: Introduction to Rowing and Rowing Center

• Sporting and rowing values and their compatibility with business (activity plan for team setup and training implementation)
• Values of a successful team through the rowing experience in an eight-person crew
• Tour and presentation of the center, showcasing the successes of Slovenian rowing

Preparation for Training and Learning Rowing Technique

• Basics of rowing technique and warm-up on rowing simulators
• Team creation based on rowing on simulators, physical constitution, individual personality, and strength (selection process)

Rowing in a Racing Boat

• Team coordination through various exercises and techniques (learning techniques at the pier, rowing on water in pairs and fours, rowing all eight together, emphasis on balance and technique)
• Preparing the team for maximum efficiency (rowing in fours and all eight together, focusing on coordination, rhythm, and power, acceleration, visualization)

Competitive Boat Racing

• Coordination of the team through different exercises and techniques (learning techniques at the pier, rowing on water in pairs and fours, rowing all eight together, emphasis on balance and technique)
• Team preparation for maximum efficiency (rowing in fours and all eight together, focusing on coordination, rhythm, and power, acceleration, visualization)
