Michelin Recognition & a Century-Old Story
Our culinary philosophy was awarded a Michelin recognition (2022–2025).
We draw inspiration from the surroundings of Lake Bled and from over a century of hotel history. The recipes of great-grandmother Nežka from 1906 still live on today in a contemporary interpretation of Slovenian cuisine.
