Our cooking team with chef Aleš Fende at the helm is modern and passionate at what they do. Recreating traditional Slovenian dishes with love and respect & keeping the good name, tradition and quality which was renowned at Triglav since the very beginning. Every dish has a modern twist, carried out with fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. Healthy foods are supplied to us from local farmers, while herbs are growing on our very own garden.
We wish to enable every visitor with a supreme culinary experience, therefore our menu changes daily. This way we can provide fresh dishes based on the season and local ingredients. Inspiration for our creations comes from the beautiful environment in which we live in & from stories about food which are present in Hotel Triglav for over 100 years. From our daily menu you can choose anything between 1-6 courses. We are ready to host you with 8 courses anytime or even with a longer gourmet adventure when requested in advance.
