In November, Hotel Triglav Bled traditionally hosts an unforgettable event—Martinovanje with a Winemaker, a celebration that brings together the best of Slovenian cuisine and winemaking. On this festive evening, you will indulge in a carefully selected five-course dinner paired with exquisite wines. This year, we are proud to welcome Andrej Kristančič, a renowned winemaker from Ronk Winery in the enchanting Goriška Brda.

The Martinovanje celebration at Hotel Triglav Bled will take you on a culinary journey where every bite harmonizes with expertly chosen wines. Our chef Aleš Fendes has thoughtfully crafted a five-course menu that will delight even the most refined palates. With each course, Andrej Kristančič will introduce the outstanding wines from Goriška Brda, perfectly enhancing the flavors of each dish. The price for this special evening is 95 EUR per person, which includes both the gourmet dinner and wine pairings.
