At Hotel Triglav Bled and Restaurant 1906, we believe that the finest flavours are born where authentic terroir, skilled hands, and an honest story come together.
This December, we begin a new series of evenings – Good People, Good Flavours – a warm, relaxed gathering where our producers, guests, and culinary team meet at the same table. 🍷🍽️

What to expect?

Each event highlights the artisans who shape our cuisine: winemakers, olive growers, farmers, cheesemakers, beekeepers, and other masters we work with throughout the year.

They’re not just suppliers – they are part of our house story. They are the people behind the authentic Slovenian flavours our guests enjoy on their plates. 🌿👨‍🌾

Our evenings unfold in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, featuring:
• 🍽️ 3-course dinners
• 🍷 wine pairing
• 🛍️ mini marketplace of selected products
• 💬 casual conversations and tastings with the creators

The idea of the series is simple – to connect people, present distinct Slovenian products, and celebrate the excellence of local flavours.

Evening #1 – Saturday, 6 December 2025 at 19:00

We open the series with artisans from Goriška Brda:

🌿 Villa Eva – organic, award-winning olive oil from Brda
🍇 Radikon Wines – authentic, character-driven wines from Kozana

Expect a 3-course dinner, wine pairing, great company, tastings, and a mini marketplace to take home your favourites. 🥂

35 € per person – includes a 3-course menu with wine pairing.
